We are passionate explorers, finding joy in travel and the multitude of wonderful experiences it brings. It was this passion for travel, for great wine and food, that brought us to the Uco Valley in 2017, a land forged by the elements at the foot of the mighty Andes.

We grew up in South Africa and Brazil respectively, and after many years living in the US and UK, we had the urge to continue our explorations… And this sense of adventure led us to establish Elemental Wines, driven by the strongest of desires to create and share our passion with friends, old and new.

At Elemental Wines our mission is to bring joy to adventurous souls who love great wine born in majestic places. We aim to produce outstanding and sustainable terroir driven wines from our vineyards at the foot of the Andes, in the Uco Valley, Argentina.

Wine is shaped by nature and her elements — whose ever present existence fascinated the ancients. All recognized the need for balance and harmony, and the value and importance that these elements play in sustaining life itself. Similarly, the concept of terroir speaks to the essence of place, and the unique assimilation of elements that are the creator of the wines we all love.

And so for us it was important that our brand represented this harmonious elemental fusion. Be it the Andean snow melt or the forging fires; the alluvial soils or the famed Zonda winds; the pure, direct sunshine found at higher elevations or the trace elements that bear witness to nature’s endurance and sheer force of will — all providing the magic ingredients to produce outstanding wines. And the Uco Valley is testament to the existence of nature’s raw power, life sustaining presence and nurturing soul. And so it was obvious, only one brand would do — Elemental.
